An outside view of Divya Devalaya (The Divine Temple) in 2006. The Divine Temple was built by Mahatapsvi Shri Kumarswamiji in 1995. Immediately after temple construction was complete, Shri Swamiji left his physical body on 22-Oct-1995. It is said that adepts from Jnanganj Ashram in the Himalays have come to stay here in their subtle body form. Paramhansa Vishuddhanandaji Gandhbaba is one among them who has come to stay here.

The Divine Temple (Divya Devalaya) opens every first Monday . Here is a video of one such Monday morning where devotees are in queue for darshan in the dawn.

The Divine Temple is opned only once on first Monday of every month between 4 AM to 6 AM. To prepare for the darsha, devotees arrive previous day and write a holy mantra
‘He Prabho Prassed Aum’ 1008 times in a small note book given by Tapovan. On Monday morning after taking bath and wearing white dress devotees line up and enter the temple. Each batch of 10-20 visitors get darshan for about 10-15 minutes. Visitors have to follow certain simple rules to enter to maintain purity and sanctity of The Divine Temple.

His Holiness Mahatapasvi Shri Kumarswamiji was a learned Saint of 20th century from Dharwad, Karanatak, India. He was a great Yogi of remarkable achievements in the field of Yoga. He preached and propagated Shivayoga – technique of Opening the Third Eye and Prayer yoga.
